At GrabClient, we understand that circumstances may change. Please read our cancellation policy below.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by following these steps:
- Log in to your GrabClient account
- Go to Profile > Settings
- Click the Cancel Subscription button
- Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period
- You will continue to have access to your subscription benefits until the end of the billing period
- No further charges will be made after cancellation
- Your AI credits will remain available until the end of the billing period
- Already-used credits are non-refundable upon cancellation
- No partial refunds will be provided for the current billing period
- If you cancel within the 2-day refund window of your initial purchase, you may be eligible for a refund. Please see our Refund Policy.
If you cancel your subscription and wish to reactivate it later, you can do so at any time by subscribing again through our website.
If you have any issues with the cancellation process or complaints regarding our services, please contact us at support@grabcleint.com. We will respond to all complaints within 48 hours and work to resolve them promptly.
