(a) GrabClient provides AI-powered proposal generation services through its web-based platform.
(b) The services are provided on a subscription basis with monthly credit allocations.
(c) Complaint Handling Mechanism: If you have any complaints regarding our services, please contact us at support@grabcleint.com. We will respond to all complaints within 48 hours and work to resolve them promptly.
3. USER AGREEMENT
By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
4. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENT
(a) Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance.
(b) All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified.
(c) Payments are processed through Safepay payment gateway.
(d) Failed payments may result in suspension of services.
5. REFUND POLICY
(a) 2 Days Refund Window: Customers may request a full refund within 2 days of their initial purchase.
(b) To request a refund, please contact us at support@grabcleint.com with your order details.
(c) Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
(d) After the 2-day window, no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.
(e) Credits used before requesting a refund will not be refunded.
6. CANCELLATION POLICY
(a) You may cancel your subscription at any time from your profile settings.
(b) Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
(c) No further charges will be made after cancellation.
(d) Already-used credits are non-refundable upon cancellation.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, designs, and intellectual property related to GrabClient remain the property of GrabClient.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
GrabClient shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
9. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
(a) These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Punjab, Pakistan.
(b) Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
10. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
