2 Days Refund Window: Customers may request a full refund within 2 days of their initial purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, the request must be made within this window.
To request a refund, please contact us at support@grabcleint.com with the following information:
- Your account email address
- Order confirmation number
- Date of purchase
- Reason for the refund request
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
- Refund requests made after the 2-day window are not eligible
- Credits that have already been used are non-refundable
- Partial refunds for unused credits are not available after the refund window
